The primary focus is on teaching and learning rather than performing shows etc. Performing shows could be done later by collaborating together with other people who are part of the institute by some way or the other. It is an institute strictly based on Guru Shishya Parampara. The idea is to impart training in Acting and Dance with a lot of discipline, commitment and hard work by both Guru (teacher) and the Shishya (student). This is not a place that encourages words like marketing, clients, customers, brand, sale etc. It is totally like a gurukul wherein learners are called students who devote themselves in learning the art forms. You can have fun here but the main motive of a Guru (teacher) is to teach with full concentration, sincerity and belongingness (with the student). The main idea is not to have fun but to teach, learn and build a teacher student personal and professional relationship. At present,the Institute is dedicated to teach and learn Acting and Dance.

About us
At present, the Institute is dedicated to teach and learn Acting and Dance.
Acting both in English and Hindi languages.
And dance primarily Bollywood Style.
This is not a place wherein people can learn hip hop, contemporary, couple dances etc.
Bollywood dance has its own identity which involves lots of jhatkas, matkas and thumkas. This art form originated in Mumbai through Hindi Films. Then other art forms like Indian Classical and western (mostly today) got mixed with it by taking these as a base to Bollywood Dance in particular songs. Bollywood dance is basically dance on Hindi film songs.
Therefore, people with flair for learning dance on Hindi film songs can surely join in here and try these classes.
Now about Acting, the institute clearly states that a career in Acting is not an easy job. But this art form can be learnt by sensitive human beings for their personality development and confidence building. Only education sector e.g. teaching in schools is a stable profession in Acting otherwise due to nepotism in Mumbai Film Industry, outsiders (who are not related to film families or people working in films) have to go through a lot of pain and struggle and despite that most of them fail to achieve the target.
Doing Theatre does not give money and films and media do not give work easily.
Eligibility
The Institute welcomes children from age 9 years and above to learn Acting.Exceptions could be considered.Ofcourse Adults are welcome too.There is no upper age limit. Persons with physical disability are most welcome. Special people are most welcome.
About myself
I want to write straight from my heart and in the simplest English so that every person is able to understand what I say. I do not believe in pomp and show and therefore do not intend to use difficult English. Rather people who do not know how to read English are also welcome by straight away calling me up on the phone. I am using English so that people in various parts of our country who are educated but do not know Hindi can read and join me.
I did my Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, New Delhi.
I tried very hard for getting work in films in Mumbai but did not get work. So I pursued my Diploma in Acting after a long gap with an intention to try once more in Bollywood and if even this time I did not succeed, I could open my own classes.
Dance was something that I always did right from Class 1. Though there have been years that I did not dance due to being depressed because of not getting the right work in Bollywood.
I strongly feel that most of the people in India who do not know how to dance or know a little, want to learn Bollywood dance only.I have noticed that in big cities just to pomp and show, people will say that they are learning contemporary, jazz, etc, but their actual love is Bollywood Dance. By saying this, I do not intend to offend anyone’s desire and I understand that exceptions are always there.
I have tried my hand at doing basics(and in some cases advanced)of many art forms so that I become an effective Bollywood Dance Teacher. Because Bollywood Dance is a mix of many dances by maintaining its own individuality.
I agree with a few people who say that we should not call it Bollywood but Hindi Film Industry. So that people can understand what I am teaching, I am using the word Bollywood and most of them know this art form of dance by this name only.
